![]() when it miraculously starts working again, there’s no pattern 9ipad state, charge state, wifi state, time left alone0 to it working or stopping. sometimes i have to hold down fn = switchkey to activate a switch. sometimes my left and right arrows don’t function. i’ve lost a lot of time trying to use all reasonable fixes and i’ve resorted to using the keyboard 8with8 the on-screen floating ipad keyboard to access basic symbols. ![]() I’m a coding student so i regularly use all the ‘shift-level’ keys a hundred times a day. i think the keyboard is around half a year old now. ![]() i have logitech options= installed on my laptop and it’s signed in, and i’ve reviewed the settings available. i have tried a period of time with solely the ipad being paired, no change. i have an active switch to my windows 11 laptop, where it functions correctly except when it suffered some weird function lock 9which my tech friend caught, as it wasn’t obvious0. I’ve had these problems since i installed it on my ipad. I have the same issue and i tried all the steps mentioned 9above0, it’s had several reboots, on/offs, resets, and i’ve exhausted the combinations of software settings. What a mess!!! We had a deal and then you folks shuffled the threads and now I need to work and using a horrible keyboard backup without knowing what will happen. But suddenly a new support guy called “Devaiah” joined the email thread, calling me “Adilson” (it’s not my name), asking me about a bunch of information I had already provided and also saying the warranty would have to be approved!!! We were only confirming if a replacement was available in the stock. You are our valuable customer and considering the fact I have got the warranty replacement is approved only for you. As we know that the warranty is already expired on. I am happy to inform you that we were able to validate the warranty claim for you. I was afraid of that because my 1y warranty had literally expired 3 days before I noticed the problem and reached out to you.īut look, this is a snippet of our email conversation on Jan 14. ![]() Then you validated it was an internal problem and said you had approved a replacement for me. I created a ticket to get help and spent 4 days in a row talking to you about the problem. I love the sensation when typing, and it’s really nice in terms of design, features and connectivity… but the durability is terrible, which throws everything into the trash (literally).ĭear, I’m really disappointed in you folks. The other two forced me to buy another one. I don’t know what to do, this is the third logitech keyboard I have major problems in the last 4 years. She said I would have to wait for 24h for someone else in the company contact me via e-mail, but the time is left and nobody sent me anything. The person asked for the keyboard receipt and said it’s likely to be a hardware/software internal problem. In the end, I tried to get help with the logitech support on their site and the person just made me repeat all the steps above, with no success. I tried to follow that documentation they have saying you have to use air to clean you keys. I tried manual reset with Esc+o Esc+o Esc+b. I used Options and Options+ to update the firmware and reset to factory settings. It seems to be something related to the keyboard since I testes on different computers and operational systems (Linux/MacOS and Windows) and the problem is the same. ![]() Shift with all the other keys functions properly, and all these keys alone also works fine. All the combinations below are failing at all ![]()
